Day at the Park!

Nothing like seeing your two favorite things in the world snuggled together!

Bonding time with Amy...and first hand hold with her daughter, Mackenzie!!

"Uh, hello...this lid is not disolving in my mouth the way I thought it would. I am ready for some real food mom."

What's new with Owen??

Little man is loving bath time...he has discovered splashing. Which has added to his love of taking baths, and would take them 5 times a day if he could.
He is standing very well, and is inching steps as he pulls along our coffee table. No signs of crawling :(

Owen's first tooth is starting to peek through the gum line, and boy it is quite the weapon. Who knew baby's teeth could be sooo sharp? I have never been so scared to nurse him!

He is 8 months now, and is just growing like a weed! It has been a real joy to see him progress and develop. I must say he is in a very fun stage right now, and we are enjoying every minute!

Morning with Owen

Just some light morning reading while mom makes some pancakes!
Who needs the morning paper when you have Dr. Seuss on hand??

Someone sure thinks they are pretty cute! Okay, I guess he is right.

"Hi momma! Look I can stand, and only use one hand to brace myself."

Enjoying Arizona

We are absolutely loving Phoenix. The weather has been perfect, our neighborhood is a dream, and it has been great to be closer to family.
I wanted to share a few pics that capture some of beauty we get to enjoy everyday. The pictures of Owen is from this Saturday at the Phx Zoo!

Here's Owen...

For the love of blogs...

I know, I know...who is getting sick of looking at my post from 1968???? Anyone, Anyone??

Here is the scoop. So I download this lovely background paper a while back, and apparently downloaded a virus in the process. Luckily I have a mother that is a BIG fan of my blog and is shipping me her lap-top so I can continue to address all the lovers of 'Owensitting'. Stay tuned for some long awaited pictures of Owen, and details of our new life in Phoenix.
